La Cour Cottages - four beautifully restored cottages nestled on the border of Southern Brittany and the Loire Atlantique in the rural hamlet of Paimbu just 1km from the village of Masserac with it's boulangerie, cafe-bar and shop. The cottages are well situated for reaching the many beaches and attractions of the region.
Valley View Barn (4 bedrooms, sleeps 10) is a beautifully converted barn with wonderful views of the large private garden and valley beyond. The lounge offers a traditional wood burner, English satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. The dining area has double doors leading onto the large balcony from which you can enjoy the views. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a twin bedded room and bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Cot and highchair provided. Large, well appointed family bathroom with shower cubicle and hydro massage bath. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Valley View Barn has it’s own large private and fully enclosed garden with BBQ and garden furniture. A large selection of bicycles from childs to adults are available to use free of charge.
Wisteria Barn (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) is a recently converted barn offering all the modern conveniences whilst maintaining it's charm. It has a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area together with open fireplace and log burner. English satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. Three bedrooms, one double, one bedroom sleeping 3 in bunkbeds and a single bed and a single bedroom. Cot and highchair provided. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped kitchen offers full size cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Wisteria Barn has a private and enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. A large selection of bicycles from childs to adults are available to use free of charge.
Jasmine Cottage (2 bedrooms, sleeps 5) is a carefully restored stone cottage. It has an open plan living area with traditional log burner, English satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. It has two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom sleeping three with a set of bunk beds and a single bed. Cot and highchair provided. The cottage also has a shower room. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Jasmine Cottage has it’s own private enclosed garden complete with BBQ and garden furniture. A large selection of bicycles from childs to adults are available to use free of charge.
Walnut Cottage (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4) is a pretty traditional Breton cottage. It has an open plan living area with open fire and wood burner, English satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin. Cot and highchair provided. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The Laundry Room offers free to use facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. Walnut Cottage has a private enclosed garden complete with BBQ and garden furniture. A large selection of bicycles from childs to adults are available to use free of charge.

BEDDING & TOWELS
Duvets & pillows are provided free of charge. Sheets, duvet covers & pillow cases can be provided @ 10 Euros per bed per week and towels @ 5 Euros per set, payable during your holiday.
HOW TO BOOK
All that is required to confirm your booking is a 25% deposit, the remainder not being due until 8 weeks before your holiday.
We are able to accept payment by UK cheque, bank transfer, Euro bank transfer or credit card using PayPal secure payment services (3% surcharge for payment by credit card).
Should you wish to book please let us know and we will e-mail or post you a booking form.
