Kergonian is in an idyllic location close to the coast and range of beaches of Brittany, France. With the warmest of atmospheres this self-catering holiday is a must for anyone. We have accommodation for all party sizes and a great swimming pool.
At Kergonian we understand and have created a “getting away from it” atmosphere, you can laze by the pool or explore the local beaches and villages. You will enjoy your holiday, a local market for the ladies and rock pools for the kids.
A self catering holiday in Brittany France will give you an exceptional holiday, the swimming pool is fantastic and the local beaches and food are great.
Kergonian offers a relaxing atmosphere, with facilities to enjoy not only this great area but much more further afield.
On site facilities
Swimming Pool - Solar Heated. The Pool opening hours will be 9.00am till 8.00pm. (The pool will remain covered in bad weather at the owners discretion). The pool will be heated in June, July and August. Swimming Pool 12m x 6 m (fenced). Table Tennis - outside. Play areas have swings for all the children, seperate good size area for football etc.

Bars and Restaurants can be found in the next village, and a large choice of beaches can be found within a ten minute drive.
The Granary
Sleep 16 Persons - 4 doubles, 8 singles in 8 bedrooms. Cots / high chairs are supplied.
The Granary has its own private courtyard with barbecue area, table and chairs, garden to the rear, patio, out door table tennis, parking area and safe ground for children to play.
The ground floor has a large lounge/dining and kitchen area well equipped with microwave, dishwasher gas cooker, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, ironing board and hoover.
Satellite tv [English], childrens' channel, news & european sport, and DVD player.
2nd kitchen area for coffee/breakfast. Bedroom 1 - 2 beds. Bedroom 2 - 2 beds. Bathroom with shower overhead, w/c and hand basin. 1 shower room with w.c and hand basin.
A staircase from the lounge leads to further bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 - double bed. Vanity unit. Balcony overlooking front lawn and scenic countryside.
Bedroom 4 - two single beds.
Bedroom 5 - double bed. Vanity unit.
Shower room with W.C hand basin.
W.C. with hand basin.
Bedroom 6 - double bed.
Bedroom 7 - (small) 2 single beds suitable for children or 1 adult.
Bedroom 8 - double bed with shower en-suite.
1 Small shower room with toilet and hand basin.
There is a patio to the front of the property, garden area to the court yard side and further safe grounds for children to play on with football and swings. Garden tables, chairs and barbecues are provided and ample parking is avaiable.
The Cottage
Sleeps 8 Persons - in 4 bedrooms. Independent cottage. Private swimming pool 6m x 3m.
Kitchen and dining area - woodburner (logs provided on winter lets), gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board and washing machine.
Lounge - with sofa and easy chairs, satellite tv (colour) - Satelite TV [English], childrens' channel, news, european sport, DVD player.
Verandah
Bathroom - shower over bath, toilet, hand basin
Bedroom 1 - King size bed, en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds.
The stairs from the dining area lead to landing.
Bedroom 3 - consists of a double bed, hanging clothes rail, chest of drawers with mirror and bedroom chair.
Bedroom 4 - two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror.
Shower room - shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Bedroom 1 has a en-suite shower room, the others now will have the same for 2009.
In front of the cottage safe for children to play is a garden. At the end of the garden is a private pool 6m x 3m. This is in addition to the main pool. Garden tables, chairs, and barbecue, parking are all provided. Swings and outdoor table tennis for children.

The Granary
NEW YEAR 2010 and EASTER WEEK 4th APRIL 2010- £890
Heating is not included in rental rates from January 2010 to December 23rd [2010 heating upon request payable at [cost] Please note gas/ heating request is not available during the months of June/July/August/ and the 1st 2 weeks of September.
Weeks commence from 4:30 p.m. Saturday until 10 a.m. the following Saturday.
The Cottage
EASTER and WHIT WEEKS 2010 - £495
The Cottage is not available for the New Year.
Further Information:
Electric and gas for all hot water and kitchen appliances are included in the rent.
Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels if you do not wish to hire the linen. Kingsize duvet cover and sheet for downstairs bedroom.
Hire costs for Linen are 11 euros for double and 9 euros for single per week. (towels 12 euros per set/stay)
Please note: no fresh linen change between a 2 week stay.
No pets allowed.
Please Note That a security deposit of £250 will be required and banked, this will be refunded within two weeks of your departure.
