Welcome to Gites de Kerlun - Mur de Bretagne, 56
Situated right at the Heart of Brittany on the border of Morbihan and cotes d'Armor We are well placed for visiting everything this Beautiful region has to offer.
5 minutes to Lac de Guerledan, the Nantes-Brest Canal and the Quenecan forest means it's a walkers and nature lovers paradise.
We have 2 self catering gites on site which can be opened up to create one large gite, and each one has it's own south facing fully furnished patio area. Your accommodation is in the old farm houses, renovated to keep their traditional charm but offering modern comfortable living.
Gite Poire has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bunk bed rooms, also a full kitchen/dining room and a separate lounge, the bathroom is upstairs. Gite Pomme has 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, again a full kitchen/dining area, but with toilet and shower room downstairs, Making it ideal for those who find stairs difficult.
We are very family orientated with a great play area for the kids, with swings, slide, Huge trampoline and 4 acres to run around in !! We are totally enclosed by fields the only road is the lane leading down to our place, so it's very safe, in fact most people tend to lose their kids for the majority of the time as they are so contented playing out with our 2 !
We are placed 45 minutes to the north coast and 55 to the south, but only 5 minutes to the lake side beaches ! The Lake ( lac de Guerledan) has beaches on the north, south and east sides as well as restaurants, and cafes, and it's even possible to eat on one of the water buses which tour the lake !
St.Aignan is a flower village and is lovely, but you will find wherever you go the people are friendly, the scenery is spectacular, and the crepes and cidre are wonderful !!
We are Biker friendly, the roads are just too good to not ride a motorbike and with hardly any traffic out of season it's a pleasure to ride.
