Ty Job is a wonderfully renovated Longere, built around 1792 according to the stone lintel and situated in a rural tranquil hamlet and set in it’s own grounds with a marvellous back drop of hills and pine forests about 1 km from the village of Langoelan.
The Longere has been renovated by the new owners to really high standard and kept original features but has that modern feel, fitted throughout with high quality furniture and finishing's.
The current owners offer a relaxing environment and first class service with bed linen and starter pack provided for their guests. If you are looking for something different but modern and comfortable there is no better place to stay.
Being Central Brittany you are only a 1 hour drive away to 3 coast lines where you will find beautiful beaches and places of interest like the Callac stones the enchanting town of Concarneau and the historic town of Vannes to name just a few, but there are many more.
Try QUAD Biking just outside Guemene or take the children to the Fantastic Zoo at Pont Scorff, great days out for everyone.
Places of interest locally are the quaint town of Guemene Sur Scorff, the historic towns of Pontivy, Josselin and Rostrenen. Lac de Guerdelan is only 20 minutes away passing the famous ancient Bon Repos Abbey. Once you are at the lake you can enjoy lazing on the beaches, try fishing, go cruising around the 8 mile long lake or try the many water sports available. You can even enjoy a superb meal at one of the many restaurants to finish off your day.

Accommodation Details
The longere is divided into 3 farmhouses.
1. Ty Job the owners residence.
2. Ty Jupeter the end farm house.
3. Ty Davidon the middle house.
Entry into Ty Jupeter is by the courtyard and through a stable door into the large living room where you will find a brick fire place with log burner. There is satellite TV with a DVD and Video player for your entertainment.
Two 3 seater settees one of which is a fold down bed if extra accommodation is required.
The open plan quality farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
Open stairs to 3 bedrooms, one double , one twin and one with bunk beds.
Family shower room.
Entry into Ty Davidon is again by the courtyard and through a stable door into the large open plan living room with fantastic Bretton stone fire place with a Supra log burner, satellite TV with DVD and Video player, a beautiful 3 piece suite consisting of a 3 seater settee which folds down to a bed if required, a two seater and a chair.
The luxurious farmhouse kitchen is handcrafted from oak and fitted by artisans. It is fully equipped with an electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave toaster and kettle.
All the main doors and open stairs are crafted in oak to compliment the kitchen which is over seen by a beautiful arched window.
Up the open stairs to two fantastic en-suite bedrooms the double room having quality pine furniture, the second, a twin having quality fitted wardrobes.
Externally
For your enjoyment and relaxation, outside there is a large patio/terrace extending the full length of the whole house onto the gravel courtyard leading onto the lawn and above ground swimming pool (7.5M x 3.7M).
A barbecue area features in the ancient ruin at the side of the house.

A non returnable deposit of £100.00 is due on booking, full balance 6 weeks prior to arrival, if less than 6 weeks before holiday date full payment is required on booking.
A breakage bond of £150.00 is required on arrival by way of cheque.
