Jill has been busy emailing the first batch of potential clients.
Many of them have been replying to take up the offer of free advertising on this site.

Work is continuing getting the office systems ready, tested and implemented.
If you own a Gite in Brittany, you may be contacted by us in the near future with an offer of free advertising on this site.
Of course, you are free to contact us to ask to be added early (thus being at the top of the list.)
There is a steady stream of visitors coming via the search engines - this should shoot up once we start adding gites to the site.
17th August 2009 Welcome to the Blog!
Although the site is still not quite ready to go live, I've noticed lots of visitors coming from Google and Bing.
We are busy drawing up a list of Gites in Brittany; when we are ready, we shall be contacting most of them to offer free advertising on this site.
Before that happens, though, we need to change our Statistics package from GoStats to Google Ananlytics and also implement a live site statistics package that I am beta testing. This software will allow advertisers on this site to not only see who is visiting this site at any point in time but, to see where they have come from and how they got here (i.e. which search term led them here; did they follow a link?)
